Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is part of, subject to and incorporated by reference to the Obay – Terms and Conditions which is otherwise available here.

Free standard delivery Australia-wide is available when you spend $99 or more for general pet products.

For orders of less than $99, the shipping charges will be calculated via the online shipping rates calculator or as otherwise determined by Obay from time to time.

Delivery Time

Please allow up to ten (10) business days for your Products to be delivered from the date of dispatch.

Please note that the estimated delivery timeframes are only estimates and may otherwise be impacted by external or unforeseeable events outside of our reasonable control.

Express Delivery Options available in the checkout. 

Dispatch

Your products will be dispatched within two business days after your order. Once your order has been distributed to Australia Post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping times can vary.

Changing Orders

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. However, if you realise you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please email us as soon as possible at info@obay.com.au and we will do our best to assist.

Taxes & Duties 

All applicable taxes, custom fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
